You have several options for purchasing tickets. YOU MUST ARRIVE FOR CHECK-IN 40 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME TO CHECK-IN. Please be aware that we purposefully discourage “will-call”. It is best if you choose an option that will allow you to arrive with a ticket in hand. You can call Ticketweb toll-free at 866.468.3401 if you choose to order by phone with tickets sent by U.S. mail until May 7, and there are two “print-at-home” options, Eventbrite and ETix. Once the vendor is “sold out”, that means their allocation of tickets is sold out, but not necessarily the event. Once all vendors are shown as “sold out”, the event is truly sold out, although you can arrive at 8:30 if the event is officially “sold-out”, and likely get a “stand-by” ticket, as there are usually some no-shows, which opens up additional capacity.

Discounted Tickets will be on sale through our online ticket agents, through the Earlybird program and the Advance Ticket program. Once the allocation of Earlybird and Advance tickets are sold, Full Price Reserved Tickets will be availble through our online ticket agents. Ticket discounting ends when discount tickets are all sold, or April 25, whichever comes first.

FULL PRICE RESERVED TICKETS

You can buy Chicago Blues Tour™ tickets online from this website. In order to ensure an orderly process, initial boarding downtown is done at specified departure times, with reserved seating. You just choose a departure time when you purchase tickets. YOU MUST ARRIVE 40 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TIME TO CHECK IN. FULL PRICE RESERVED TICKETS will be available through our ticket agents Ticketweb and ETix. Ticketing fees vary from $2 to $6 depending upon the agent. You may click the links of the ticket agent’s name to check availability, fees, and purchase FULL-PRICE RESERVED TICKETS.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

Tickets for departures after 8:30 p.m. are considered “general admission”, and allow you to board any shuttle bus on which there is capacity. These GENERAL ADMISSION tickets will be available through ETix, the print-at-home ticket agent. GENERAL ADMISSION ticketholders will not be admitted until 8:30 PM. ETix tickets are printed right from your web browser through their print-at-home technology, and since you will arrive with a ticket in hand, these tickets do not incur “will-call” fees.

Blues Tour tickets are available for convenient purchase via phone from April 4, 2008 through May 16, 2009, by calling our ticket agent TicketWeb, at (toll-free) 1.866.468.3401, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. CST, Monday through Saturday. You may make your purchase using Mastercard or Visa credit cards, and purchases made by May 6, 2009 will be sent by mail. Orders made after May 6 may incur shipping or will-call surcharges of $5 to $17.50, so if you wish to order by phone, it is best to do so early.

On the tour date, please arrive 40 minutes before your departure time with the credit card used to make the purchase in order to check in and pick up your wristbands, maps & schedules. All TicketWeb purchases incur a ticketing fee, please confer with the Ticketweb representative for the fee schedule.
